The ceremony will take place at Norman Park on Saturday, June 6th at 10:00 a.m., located at 915 Everett Street in Morgan City.
This dedication honors the legacy of Sumpter Williams and the Blue Devils who took the field from 1956 to 1969, leaving behind a tradition of pride, perseverance, and community spirit.
Family members, former players, alumni, neighbors, and friends are all warmly invited to attend this meaningful occasion as we recognize the people and memories that made this field a cherished part of local history.
